Running Coaching (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced)

My running coaching packages are designed for runners training for half‑marathons, marathons and ultra‑distance events. Each plan is personalised to your goals, experience and lifestyle and includes ongoing support, regular updates and expert guidance to help you train with confidence. Choose from three levels, Basic, Intermediate or Advanced depending on the amount of strength work, lifestyle support and coaching input you’d like.


1‑to‑1 or Small Group Running/Sports Coaching

These sessions offer focused, practical coaching for adults or children who want to improve their running technique, build confidence or develop multi‑sport skills. Whether you’re new to running, preparing for an event or looking to support your child’s athletic development, these tailored sessions provide hands‑on guidance and clear, actionable feedback.



3 or 6 Month Health Coaching Programme

This programme supports your overall wellbeing through personalised health, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Available as a 3-month or 6‑month option, it’s ideal for anyone wanting to build healthier habits, improve energy levels, develop a balanced approach to food or create a more consistent routine that supports both life and training.


Mentoring

Mentoring sessions offer space to explore your goals, challenges and mindset with supportive and structured guidance. Whether you’re navigating a training plateau, balancing running with a busy life or seeking clarity around your next steps, mentoring provides practical tools and accountability to help you move forward with confidence. Sessions start from £55.

As a qualified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and certified UESCA running coach since 2020, Neuro‑Linguistic Programming Coach, internationally competitive athlete and former teacher of 17 years, I bring together the knowledge, mindset tools and experience needed to help you achieve your running, health and wellbeing goals.
