  • In person, through email, over the telephone or by post

  • Basic details such as name, address, contact details and emergency contacts

  • Health information including your previous medical history


Why we need your data

We need your data in order to provide the services that Meryl Cooper Coaching offers, this is to ensure clients receive the best possible service and care.  


What we do with your data

The information we keep will be kept confidential and will be held in a private and secure computer database for a period of up to 10 years.  

Your information will not be shared with any third party unless compelled to by law.


Your rights

You have the right to request:

  • A copy of the information we hold

  • Information about how your data is processed 

  • For anything inaccurate in your data to be amended

  • That we delete any information if no longer required
